PalletPal® Pallet Inverter

Home » Pallet Handling » PalletPal® Pallet Inverter

The PalletPal Pallet Inverter is engineered for efficiently inverting entire pallet loads, eliminating the need for manual restacking. It handles pallet loads up to 48” x 48” x 84” and 4,400 pounds. A pressure adjustable clamping mechanism secures loads, rotating them 180 degrees on an anti-friction turret bearing. This versatile machine is ideal for replacing broken pallets, switching loads to/from in-house or shipping pallets, transferring from pallets to slip sheets, and replacing damaged goods at the bottom of the load.

Key Features

  • Load Capacity: Handles loads up to 4,400 lbs
  • Capability: Rotates loads 180 degrees
  • Clamping System: Adjustable pressure for secure load handling
  • Operations: Inverts entire loads quickly and safely.

Flow control may need adjustmentAdjust flow control as needed.
Lift raises too slowly
Possible CauseCheck This
Low voltageCheck voltage at motor to ensure proper voltage is being supplied.
Foreign material clogging suction filter, breather cap or pressure lineRemove necessary components and clean.
Insufficient oil causing pump to overheatCheck oil level and oil viscosity.
Lift will not lower
Possible CauseCheck This
Down valve may be de-energizedCheck the solenoid on the valve with a voltmeter.
Flow control needs adjustmentAdjust flow control as needed.
Lift fails to hold or drifts down
Possible CauseCheck This
Down valve may be leakingRemove down valve and inspect for debris which may be preventing it from closing.
Down valve may be energizedEnsure that the down valve coil is not being energized when the up button is pushed. Verify no stray voltage to down valve coil preventing it from being fully closed. Check the wiring.
