PalletPal® Roll-On Level Loader
The PalletPal Roll-On Level Loader is engineered for seamless loading and unloading, lowering to floor height to allow pallets to be rolled on and off with a hand pallet truck. It features internal hydraulic power and can be adjusted via pushbutton or footswitch control to maintain the optimal height for manual operations. The narrow side and back panels enhance accessibility, allowing workers to reach the load from four sides.

Customization Options
One-Touch Auto Leveling
One-touch auto leveling makes it easy to raise or lower the lift platform with a touch of a button. Especially helpful in palletizing applications where box dimensions remain constant from load to load.
Air Power Unit + Controls
1.0 gpm at 80 psi and 80 cfm free air, with lift fully loaded, hand or foot valve control included. Five feet of hose included. Filter, regulator, and lubricator not included. External mount; for stationary units only.

| Low voltage | Check voltage at motor to ensure proper voltage is being supplied. |
| Foreign material clogging suction filter, breather cap or pressure line | Remove necessary components and clean. |
| Insufficient oil causing pump to overheat | Check oil level and oil viscosity. |
Lift will not lower

| Down valve may be de-energized | Check the solenoid on the valve with a voltmeter. |
| Flow control needs adjustment | Adjust flow control as needed. |
Lift fails to hold or drifts down

| Down valve may be leaking | Remove down valve and inspect for debris which may be preventing it from closing. |
| Down valve may be energized | Ensure that the down valve coil is not being energized when the up button is pushed. Verify no stray voltage to down valve coil preventing it from being fully closed. Check the wiring. |
| Cylinder may be leaking | Check for oil in cylinder in the vent line. |
