Backsaver Lite Lift Tables
Best for light-duty applications, the Backsaver Lite Lift Table is a cost-effective way to eliminate manual lifting and positioning. With low-pressure hydraulics and fast raising and lowering, these lite lift tables include fully-adjustable down speed, heavy-duty torque tubes to minimize deflection, and lubricated-for-life pins, rollers, and bushings. Full-width, straight-through axles increase stability, while heavy-duty wire-braided hoses provide maximum burst strength, and transparent return hydraulic line helps prevent fluid spillage. Built-in maintenance chocks are also included.

Customization Options
Bellows Accordion Skirting
Black and yellow vinyl skirting wraps can be added to keep the area underneath the unit free from debris. The pleats expand and contract as the unit raises and lowers.
Portability/Semi-Live Arrangement
A variety of portability options are available including four casters and semi-live skids with skid spotter.
Upper Travel Limit Switch
The upper travel limit switch prevents the lift from traveling past a preset height.
Lower-Level Limit Switch
The addition of a lower-level limit switch prevents the lift table from traveling below a preset level.
External Power Unit
External mount of any standard internal power unit. Includes five feet of hydraulic hose and return line.
Air Power Unit + Controls
1.0 gpm at 80 psi and 80 cfm free air, with lift fully loaded, hand or foot valve control included. Five feet of hose included. Filter, regulator, and lubricator not included. External mount; for stationary units only.

Troubleshooting
Lift will not lower
Possible Cause | Check This |
Down valve may be energized | Check the solenoid in the valve with a volt meter. |
Flow control needs adjustment | Adjust flow control as needed. |
Lift will not raise
Possible Cause | Check This |
Weight of load too heavy | Ensure that the actual weight of the load is at or below maximum allowed. |
Motor not running | Check the main disconnect switch, fuses, and wiring to the motor. A 20 amp designated breaker must be supplied for 110V. |
Hydraulic oil level low | When lift is raised as far as possible, oil level should be 3/4" from bottom of tank. When lift is down, 3/4" from top. |
Lift has reached its upper limit | Upper limit switch may need to be adjusted. |
Motor may be "single phasing" | If motor hums but does not turn, check motor wiring and line fuses. |
Motor voltage too low | Supply voltage should be +/- 10% of the rating at the motor terminals. |
Tank vent plugged | If supplied, remove solid plug from tank and insert vent plug. |
Suction filter clogged | Clean suction filter as described in periodic maintenance. |
Vacuum leak in suction line | Check all fittings in suction line. |
Down valve may be energized | Ensure that the down valve coil is not being energized when the up button is pushed. Verify no stray voltage to down valve coil preventing it from being fully closed. Check the wiring. |
Missing coupling | Ensure that debris is not holding the down valve plunger open. |
Lift fails to hold
Possible Cause | Check This |
Down valve may be leaking | Remove down valve and inspect for debris which may be preventing it from closing. |
Down valve may be energized | Ensure that the down valve coil is not being energized when the up button is pushed. Verify no stray voltage to down valve coil preventing it from being fully closed. Check the wiring. |
Cylinder may be leaking | Check for oil in cylinder in the vent line. |
