Our commitment to customer satisfaction continues long after the sale. Our Factory Field Service division is a tremendous resource for customers
who require assistance with large or complex projects. Here are just a few things they do.
Project Installation
Southworth’s Factory Field Service can take care of all your installation needs. We can do your site survey and site preparation, electrical, plumbing, excavation, concrete and rigger. We will be on site while all the work is being performed and will stay until the installation is complete and the equipment is up and running.
Project Supervision
Project Supervision is available. Our field service personnel can be on-site to provide advice and consultation as needed. Before… During… and After.
Start-Up Inspection Services
If you do it yourself or contract out the installation of our equipment we have factory personnel that can be on-site to do a factory start-up inspection to ensure that all the equipment was installed correctly and is operating correctly. A great way to avoid any oversights or mistakes.
Equipment and System Upgrade Field Services
Your company is constantly undergoing change, creating new needs for new equipment. If you have added new Southworth equipment, are refurbishing, changing a procedure or expanding your facility, we can help. We can make recommendations as to whether you should upgrade or replace to keep pace with your changes. Expert advice that can get your facility up-to-date, minimizing expense and downtime.
Repair and Maintenance
Repair and maintenance are a big part of the Factory Field Service. We can show you the best possible way to proceed. Factory trained personnel will see that repairs are made in accordance with the Southworth specifications. This service also can include the return of any equipment to our factory if needed. We may be able to rebuild to bring your equipment to as close to original condition as possible.
Training
Our Factory Field Service will train your personnel to properly operate, service and maintain your Southworth equipment. Group training sessions can be held at your facility. Proper utilization and care can extend the life of your equipment. We want to make sure your employees can work faster, safer and easier.
