Southworth Products Return Policy

Southworth evaluates customer requests for product returns on a case-by-case basis. In the event that a customer receives a Southworth product and wishes to return it, the customer must contact Southworth to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please request a Return Material Authorization number by calling Southworth Customer Service at 800-743-1000 option 5 or emailing us at This email address is being protected from spambots. This RMA request must be made on or before the fifteenth calendar day following the date of the Southworth invoice for the merchandise. Please note that not all products are returnable. Quantity orders, special designs and used products cannot be returned. Southworth reserves the right to evaluate requests and make the final decision on all product return requests.

When returning items, the RMA number must appear on the outside of all packaging material in order for a return to be accepted and processed. Customers shipping returns from the continental US, Canada, or Mexico have thirty (30) days from date of RMA issue for the product to arrive at the Southworth facility (address is provided on the RMA form).

All merchandise must be shipped to the Southworth facility via pre-paid freight (no COD accepted), or the shipment will be returned to the sender. A credit will be issued minus any restocking and refurbishing charges for damage that was incurred (even if the merchandise was damaged in transit).
