SPACE-SAVING STACK BOX POSITIONER IMPROVES ERGONOMICS WHEN HANDLING TOTES, CARTS, OR JUNIOR CONTAINERS

New Container Feeder/Positioner from Southworth lowers to floor height so that stock carts and dollies of tote boxes or junior containers can be rolled on to it. Operators can then easily raise and lower containers to their ideal working height for feeding and offloading parts without lifting, bending, stretching, or reaching.

Pushbutton or foot control allows infinite adjustment of lift over a 26” travel range. Compact footprint is little larger than actual container size. The low 38” overall height provides unobstructed view for a seated operator. Low profile forks are 26” long and can be adjusted from 8 1/2” to 26 3/4” to fit between casters on a variety of rolling carts. Capacity is 1000 pounds. Units can be furnished in hydraulic or pneumatic configurations.
